Availability :

Each piece of Atelier Cabanel furniture and lighting is made exclusively to order, respecting traditional craftsmanship.

Time limit:

Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. Orders are processed in the order they are received. These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the project.

Variations:

Entirely handcrafted, our creations exhibit natural variations linked to the materials used (parchment, stone, wood). These nuances make each piece a unique work of art, imbued with character and authenticity.

Samples:

Available on request: €120 per sample, plus €35 shipping costs.

Shipping :

Special care is taken with each shipment thanks to custom packaging and our specialized partners, guaranteeing secure transport. Quotes are based on size, weight, and destination. For bulky items, we use expert carriers.

Returns & Refunds

For products made to measure, in COM (fabric supplied by the customer) or manufactured specifically on demand, these are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Standard (non-personalized) items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

If you receive damaged or defective items , please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos, at: info@ateliercabanel.com

After validation, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.

Order cancellations:

Standard items: cancellation possible within 48 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped.

Personalized items: no cancellations possible once production has begun.

Refund processing time:

Accepted refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection of the return.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to non-personalized products.
Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from this right, in accordance with European regulations.
